Refund Policy
3D Model Unity products are digital goods delivered by instant download. Refunds are considered for technical issues with the file. All other sales are final once a download has been initiated.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are considered for the following technical issues:
- Corrupted download: the file cannot be opened in the native software (Rhinoceros 3D)
- Missing geometry: significant components of the product are not present in the delivered file
- Broken texture references: material references are missing or do not load correctly
- Wrong product delivered: the downloaded file does not correspond to the purchased product
Time limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the download. Requests outside this window are evaluated case by case.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact the 3DM team through the Customer Care page with the following information:
- Order ID
- Product ID and name
- Description of the technical issue
- Screenshot or short description of how the issue manifests in your software
Resolution
The 3DM team reviews refund requests within 3-5 working days. If the issue is confirmed, the credits or payment are refunded to the original payment method or restored to your 3DM account credit balance, at your choice.
What is not refundable
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after a successful download
- Compatibility issues with software versions older than Rhinoceros 7
- Aesthetic preferences or differences from the rendered preview images
- Models that work correctly in Rhinoceros 3D but require additional editing to fit a specific project context
